Reporting alleged infringement
To report material on this website that you believe infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@avelanix.com containing:
- Your full name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- The exact URL or clear location of the material at issue.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with enough information to identify the removed material, explain your good-faith basis, and provide the legally required statements and signature.
Platform-hosted material
Claims concerning content hosted directly by YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or another platform should generally also be submitted through that platform’s official reporting process.
Submitting a knowingly false infringement notice may create legal liability. Consider obtaining legal advice before submitting a formal notice or counter-notice.
